YKD Non-food Continuous Stirring Dryer

By drying okara, various residues, sludge, and other high-moisture waste, we reduce industrial waste disposal costs and transform waste into products.

Food ingredients are supplied from a quantitative supply device to the main body of the dryer, while hot air at 300 to 450°C is simultaneously introduced from the hot air generator into the main body. The collaboration between the hot air and the stirring blades dries the raw materials with a moisture content of around 80% down to below 8%. The dried material is separated by a cyclone and rotary valve and sent to the next process. Some of the exhaust is returned to the hot air generator and reused as heated steam after heating. By utilizing this heat recovery system, lining costs can be reduced by 10 to 20%. 【Features】 ■ Okara and tofu residue can be mixed and dried together. YVD Vacuum Mixing Dryer

The YVD vacuum mixing dryer is a vacuum mixing dryer that can dry raw materials and waste at relatively low temperatures (from 40°C). As external pressure increases, the boiling point of water rises, and as it decreases, the boiling point falls. The YVD vacuum mixing dryer lowers the boiling point of the moisture contained in the raw materials by heating them in a reduced pressure state, allowing for drying at low temperatures starting from 40°C. 【Features】 - Because it can dry raw materials at high vacuum and low temperatures, when used in food-related applications, there is less oxidation and degradation due to heat, allowing for drying while preserving the original flavor. - Since the raw materials are dried at low temperatures, the temperature around the dryer remains close to room temperature. The "YKD type" mixing dryer is an air flow dryer that uses hot air. Utilizing the exhaust heat from incinerators can help reduce running costs. Vacuum Mixing Dryer "YVD Series"

The "YVD Series" is a vacuum stirring dryer that lowers the boiling point of the raw materials by heating them in a reduced pressure state, allowing for uniform drying. The canister has a double jacket structure and is dried through indirect heating with steam. Since the entire device is sealed, the only emissions during drying are the exhaust from the reduced pressure process and the condensate collected in the condenser.
